In these private classes, you’ll learn a partner dance such as salsa, bachata, or kizomba in a fun, relaxed, and personal way. Because it’s just you and me, every lesson is fully tailored to your level, goals, and learning pace, allowing you to progress much faster than in a group setting.
My focus is not only on teaching dance steps and technique but also on helping you feel more comfortable in your body, connect naturally with your movement, and enjoy dancing without pressure. Many students start with little or no dance experience and appreciate having a safe space where they can make mistakes, ask questions, and develop confidence step by step.
I have over 11 years of experience in a variety of dance styles, including salsa, bachata, kizomba, reggaeton, Brazilian zouk, and hip hop. Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best teachers in the industry. It is my passion to share that knowledge with patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care for each student’s journey.
Most of my students are complete beginners. They often come to learn a new skill, prepare for a special event, become more comfortable with partner dancing, or simply reconnect with their body through movement. What they value most is the personal guidance, the relaxed atmosphere, and the freedom to learn at their own tempo while still making noticeable progress.

Hi, my name is Yana, I’m 29 years old and I’m from Antwerp. I have lived abroad for many years (Spain, Australia, India,...) and speak many languages (Dutch, English, French and Spanish).
I’m also a dance teacher (salsa, bachata and kizomba) and teach both privately as in group settings. I have 9 years of experience in dancing and teaching.

I'll create a tailor-made opening dance for you to make this beautiful day even more unforgettable. I have 11 years of dance experience and 5 years of experience as a dance teacher. With me, you'll learn a choreography tailored to your level and wishes in a relaxed and enjoyable way. I only work with packages of 5 lessons. No dance experience is required.
