I’m from Hong Kong, and my mother tongues are Cantonese and Mandarin. I have experience teaching Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) as a second language as well as other school subjects taught in Chinese to non-native speakers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Belgium. About Me

I have studied in multiple countries, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Belgium, Australia, and Malta, which has given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and language learning experiences. Throughout my education, I was immersed in school programs taught in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Dutch.

My passion for languages extends beyond the teaching —I enjoy learning new languages myself and understanding the challenges and strategies that come with it. I have also completed teacher training with a linguistics course, which allows me to understand both the theory and the practical aspects of language acquisition. Because of this, I know how it feels to learn a new language and what learners truly need. For me, language learning should be fun and engaging, and I hope my students feel the same! 😊
