I want to help people become familiar with the Dutch language. Being born in the Netherlands, I moved to the United States at 8 but learned Dutch at an after school program and from my parents. Now that I am back in the Netherlands, I want to help people who want to learn the Dutch language. Whether you want to learn Dutch for personal reasons or for the "inburgeringsexamen," I want to help by offering relaxed and conversation-based classes at your own pace.

I have successfully completed 6 VWO and passed an English Cambridge exam. Currently, I am a law student with a passion for languages, geology and history and I like to share the knowledge - in peace and with full understanding of the student - and together I look for the best method to make this work! I have been working as a tutor for primary and secondary school students for more than 5 years and have experience with people / children who have difficult learning, have little motivation or where the penny has just not yet fallen.

I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. Teaching children is almost "an art" Not everyone is able to place him or herself in the mind of a child and that is just so important! I teach playfully and at the same time they learn without really realizing they are in a lesson!
