Namaste! You are embarking on an excellent journey that is going to bring you strength, balance and flexibility, on physical, mental and spiritual levels. I am trained with Yoga Teachers Training Certification (500 hours) from the Himalayan town of Rishikesh.
- Based on your requirements, I will design the class for you.
- I can teach Ashtanga Vinayasa which is very intensive, traditional Hatha Yoga which has deep stretches as well as Mantras leading to your all round development.
- Note that my availability is based on hybrid work, if possible I adjust my yoga lessons accordingly, otherwise in the evenings/weekends.
Extra information
I would recommend that the student has his or her own yoga mat.
Due to hybrid work from home, my times are flexible generally for yoga lessons. Just contact me on Apprentus, and we can connect as per our timings!

This is Nitish from the vibrant city of Mumbai in the western Indian state of Maharashtra. I have always been into attracting and spreading good vibes for making the world a culturally fascinating and positive places.
