As a philosopher, journalist and curator (in the broadest sense of the word) I cherish a natural interest in people and their worlds. Education

As a philosopher and cultural scientist (Field: Art, Culture & Politics) I owe a great deal to the University of Amsterdam, teachers as well as fellow students and researchers. For my career as a journalist and editor I have to give credit to many other mentors. Not just at the Hogeschool voor Journalistiek / School of Journalism Utrecht, but foremost in all the practices that followed it: Novum News Press Agency, RTL Nieuws, etc.

Like every philosopher I am fascinated by language.
