I regularly give piano lessons from beginner to intermediate level. My aim is to make you enjoy learning the piano. I'll tailor my lessons to your level and your desires. Here are some suggested activities based on the repertoire(s) of your choice: interpretation, improvisation, beginner deciphering, harmonization, composition. I come to your home for the lesson on your piano or keyboard.

I work a lot on posture in my teaching, because it is an element that I believe is essential in teaching a musical instrument and which is unfortunately not taken seriously or considered enough. I had the chance to work with Mrs. Aude Hauser who is a recognized physiotherapist in Switzerland and Europe specialized in musicians. I am a certified teacher from the Conservatories and Higher Music Schools of Switzerland, but also from the Association of Graduate Music Teachers of Quebec (APMQ), as well as universities in Canada. Instrument-wise, I also have a small cello collection, to be discussed. I also teach on weekends, depending on my availability. I am a graduate of the Universities of Music in Switzerland, HEMU, Lausanne, HEM, Geneva and in Canada (McGill Schulich School of Music). I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

Guitar and Music Theory classes, beginner level. The classes are private (1 student per class) and are personalized, adapting to the tastes and objectives of each student. They last one hour and are 100% virtual via Zoom. The idea is to learn dynamically, seeing concrete examples with songs, and always putting theory into practice. In the case of support classes for music students, we will see what topics the student is studying and will cover them with simple explanations and practical examples.
