I have been giving chinese lessons for more than 10 years. Before that, I was a radio broadcaster and a journalist in China, hence I have a perfect pronunciation of the official mandarin, without any accent. It provides my students the best conditions to learn chinese, as the tone you give to words when you speak chinese as a foreigner is of great importance if you want to be understood by natives. I have a strong working experience helping students preparing their HSK exam, I also often teach diplomats, to help them acquire the necessary skills and understand properly the vocabulary specific to their job. I also love to work with kids, as I was a mandarin teacher for 2 years in an international school in Singapore. I give them a playful learning environment and use fun learning methods, so even the youngest can stay focused!

I offer piano lessons according to the Russian classical method. We could always use your method or a Russian method from Nikolaeff that we could order. This method is gentle and progressive: we start playing with just one right hand and only in treble clef, small, simple melodies. And then we add the left hand still in the treble clef. And later we add the bass clef. This approach is recommended for beginners. For the intermediate level I adapt to you. I am very flexible and patient. I am a law student at the University of Geneva, but I lived the first 14 years of my life in Spain. Every weekend (Sat-Sun) I return to the canton of Jura because my family lives there and during the week (Mon-Fri) I am in Geneva. My basic Spanish is very solid, I consider myself especially strong in spelling and grammar. My vocabulary is very rich too. I can help students with their homework and correct them. I am a student at the University of Lausanne in Letters (Bachelor in modern French and English). I have already given support lessons while in high school, I am patient and I like to give tips & tricks, help with the writing of cheat sheets and/or revision, then quite simply help young people to understand a subject or course in case of difficulties.
