Recently graduated from a master's degree in international affairs and intercultural communication, I decided to come to Lisbon for 1 year.
I offer tutoring courses in languages (Spanish - bilingual and English - fluent) and help with homework.

Hello, my classes adapt according to what you are looking for. If you are looking for something more conversational, or a mixture of grammar and conversation. Or something more general, etc.
So according to the needs and level, we can adapt. I live in Lisbon Center, so I can transport myself without problem to where it suits you best to take your class.

Foreign language classes for adults and children. Experienced tutor with advanced degree (master’s degree and bachelors degree) in foreign language: Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, English. Conversation, reading, vocabulary, grammar, language studies for business, travel, academics or leisure.
My approach to language learning is acquiring the target language as one acquired their native language- immersion, conversation practice , reading, writing.
I am an experienced in interpretation and work as a medical/social/academic interpreter.
I also do translation work and have experience in tourism (tourist license for foreign language tours in the United States).
Because I am multilingual, I work with various language combinations for students- for example: French students learning English, Spanish-speaking students learning Italian, Portuguese-speaking students learning Spanish, etc.

Good morning ! I am living in Lisbon as European volunteer, and I have a translation Master. French is my first language, but I also speak English and Spanish. I would glad to learn you how to speak it too! :)

Good morning ! Eu moro em Lisboa como voluntária europeia, eu tenho um mestrado em tradução. O francês é a minha língua materna, mas também falo inglês e espanhol. Eu gostaria muito de ensinar-te essas línguas também! :)

Conversation classes in Spanish or Catalan. I am a 21-year-old girl from Barcelona and I am currently living in Lisbon. I am a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan, with me you will learn to speak and be able to develop in any conversation. And besides, we will have a lot of fun!

Classes of Spanish or Catalan. I'm a 21 years old girl, I'm from Barcelona but I'm currently living in Lisbon. I'm a native in Spanish and Catalan. With me you will learn to talk and grow to have a good conversation in one or both languages. And we will have a lot of fun!

In my opinion, learning a new language is always an enriching experience that allows you to get closer to new cultures, people and countries. For this reason, I consider that the fundamental thing is to make the learning process fun and pleasant. It is important to know what the student's interests are when learning Spanish: if they are looking for practice in conversation, passing a language test, learning grammar, learning to communicate, increasing their vocabulary, understanding their favorite podcast... Thus, The classes will be adapted to the needs of each student. For this same reason, if it is a person fascinated by music and literature, those will be our topics of conversation. If, on the other hand, it is a child who enjoys bilingual games, I will use that to structure the classes. If you are looking for grammar, syntax and vocabulary, they will be classes more focused on exercises dedicated to these topics. In short, the main thing is to adapt to the interests of each student so that the experience is good and the language is learned naturally.

This service is to support learners on developing the skills to learn and improve their metacognition abilities.

Metacognition is related to how a learner learns, not only the mindset but supporting the brain on learning which includes higher order thinking skills as well as reflective skills. Through the practice of metacognitive skills, learners can improve the way they process knowledge which can further support their understanding.

This supports learners in all subjects and is the basis for academic success.

Metacognition also supports well-being because as learners feel less stressed about their learning and abilities, they are able to process content and practice skills in a more relaxed way that builds their confidence and then a love for learning because they feel capable.

With an experience of 25 years in the field of education, I have had the privilege of teaching in both Portuguese and International schools. My expertise extends to preparing students for exams in diverse systems, including the International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE, and the Portuguese curriculum. Serving as a proofreader, I bring meticulous attention to detail, ensuring linguistic precision and clarity. My professional journey also involves extensive research endeavors and the creation of academic content. Beyond traditional teaching roles, I am recognized as a valuable resource for students, offering adept assistance with homework challenges and fostering organizational skills.

I am a communication professional graduated from the National University of Rosario. In my professional journey as a journalist, I have had the opportunity to work in various media outlets, both in radio and television, and collaborate with international media. Additionally, I have participated as a speaker in conferences and talks at the international level, which has allowed me to enrich my knowledge about communication in global contexts.

With this communication experience, I recognize the importance of being able to communicate confidently in multiple languages. I am bilingual (Spanish, English, and Italian) and understand the relevance of being able to express oneself clearly in a second language, especially in professional and academic settings.

Today, I help people whose native language is not Spanish to improve their command of the language and communicate confidently in their professional environments. If you work in an international setting where Spanish is key, I can assist you in perfecting your Spanish and help you feel more comfortable in professional communication situations.

My classes reflect the richness and diversity of Spanish with a focus on the Argentine dialect, so you can navigate real-life situations with confidence.

Is artificial intelligence just for adults? No!

A course for children and teenagers who already see AI in Netflix, games or ChatGPT and want to understand what it is, how it "thinks" and how to use it without getting into trouble.

In class, the student acts as a detective:
• Myth Busters: What is real AI and what just looks like AI
• Train a toy AI: simple examples of machine learning (data, hits, biases)
• Asks its first well-formulated questions to a generative tool for a short story or image
• Learn the rules at home and at school: privacy, copying homework, what not to paste into a tool

You don't need to know how to program.

It's good enough to test things out. If it works out, we'll continue with projects (stories, art, games) at its own pace.

Recommended age: 10–14 years. Also 8–9 if they read fluently and can handle an online class; 15–17 if they want to start from scratch with a critical mind, not just "try ChatGPT".
