About Me

Hi! My name is Bernardo Felix, an engineer by day, tutor by afternoon, reader by night.
When my first tutoring student had his first *eureka* and made real progress on his learning journey, I knew helping others surpass the struggles I also endured was my life-long mission.

To be a good tutor I believe you must master the subject you teach, to be an excellent one the most important factor is your ability to adapt to the student's capabilities and personality. I regard myself as the latter given my years of expertise, vast knowledge base and ability to adapt.

I have just finish my Bachelors of Science course in Music & Sound Technology in Portsmouth, England.
Before that I focused on engineering with maths and physics at Long Road sixth form in Cambridge and at the University of East London.

I am also a rapper and a singer. I like to challenge myself by building an extensive vocabulary that I hope to pass on to others to impress all the English speaking people that they meet.
I was brought up in Cambridge, which is the area considered to have the most grammatically correct speaking natives.

I have also achieved a teaching qualification, a Level 3 in Education & Training. In this course I lean't a lot of vital skills and tools that I will use to educate you.

I like to make learning interesting, where ever possible as I believe it not only makes it more enjoyable so you're more likely to keep focused. It also means you are more likely to remember what you have learn't if based around an amusing example.
