As an experienced pedagogue, I always try to start from the pupil, what are the needs or interests.

I graduated from the KMC Gent and have a career/experience of more than 40 years.
I also followed yoga, mindfulness and kinesiology courses.
The combination of playing an instrument with mindfulness opens up many possibilities.

I'm an electric guitarist for 17 years. I've been teaching guitar for 7 years and performin live for 10 years. Currently, I'm a masters student at KASK & Conservatorium.

Depending on your preferences in terms of genre and goals on the instrument (just keeping it as a hobby or getting professional at it), your curriculum will be shaped.
