We therefore work on this state of relaxation, this trance, in order to be in a state of total reception of what is. In order to bring this breath back into matter and transform it into sound, we also work on anchoring, centering in the body and this connection of our universe to the outside universe. Working on vocal technique is then done naturally. Indeed, trance induces a state of reception to the Breath but also to change and development.
