Tomas - BarcelonaC$60
Trusted teacher: Great to meet you all! My name is Tomas and I'm a passionate violin teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience. I have a strong academic background in music and education. Here are some of the degrees I have obtained: - Master Degree in Music Research from the Valencian International University - Major in Violin Performance from the Conservatory of the Liceu Theater in Barcelona - Teaching degree from the Barcelona Music School - Professional degree from the Music School of Buenos Aires - Specialist in Psychomotricity from University Miguel Cervantes -Specialist in Early Cognitive Development from University Miguel Cervantes Apart from teaching, I also run the world's largest Spanish-language violin blog called MyViolinBlog where I share my teaching and playing experiences. I'm also privileged to work as a conductor for the AMA Orchestra in Barcelona, where my students and I focus on musical group experience and technique. I have teaching experience in different schools across Argentina, Spain, Poland, and Romania, I've developed a unique teaching approach that tailors each lesson to the student's goals, keeping them motivated and on track. I can also assist with preparation for school admissions exams such as ABRSM, Trinity College, and more. As the head teacher at Esclat Barcelona Music School and Viaró Global School, I'm currently conducting research in the biomechanics of violin playing, and I'm set to publish four books on this subject this year! Each class with me is customized to meet the student's needs, covering musical, theoretical, and postural concepts to ensure optimal comfort while playing. I love to explain complex concepts in simple terms and inspire my students to continue learning and exploring their musical abilities. If you're interested in booking a trial lesson with me, let's discuss your goals and how I can help you to reach them!

Trusted teacher: Get the services or learn how to do it for yourself of: Relaxing massage Reducing and toning massage Exfoliating massage Waxing all different parts of the body Massage helps to reduce tension in the skin and connecting tissues to allow the blood to access your skin easier. The dilation of surface capillaries will give your skin a healthy glow as blood flows more easily, improving colour and tone. Your skin texture can feel softer and supple as increasing circulation delivers nourishment and hydration. This nourishment regenerates your skin, enabling it to retain moisture easier and replace older skin cells with newer and healthier cells – replacing dry skin with vibrant skin! Exfoliation – massage helps to remove skin impurities Regular massages help to reduce the accumulation of dead skin cells on the skin’s surface. Desquamation improves your skin’s health and appearance, tightening pores, improving skin texture and giving your skin a brighter glow. Massage assists skin gland production, allowing your skin to sweat out and eliminate impurities such as uric acid. The friction and motion of massage push built-up oils out and away from the pores enabling unhealthy elements in the blood to be excreted. Nutrients and moisture from the massage lotion can then be more easily absorbed helping you to look and feel healthier. Scar tissue reduction After surgery, your skin heals using scar tissue which manifests by rising above the adjoining tissues. Massage can help to realign scar tissue to run with the skin’s contours and tissue fibres allowing the scar to join neatly to the surrounding skin. Receiving massage during the recovery stage can speed up healing and reduce pain and itching. Massage for anti-ageing – making you look younger Stress can wreak havoc on your skin, making you look and feel run down. If we continue to hold stressful facial poses, wrinkles can develop along the direction of the contracted muscles. Massage can release tension and relax the muscles, reducing the appearance and development of wrinkles. Increased blood flow and waste excretion help cell regeneration, supporting your skin’s resistance to infections and disease – leaving your skin feeling smoother and looking younger. Tighten skin after pregnancy or weight loss Massage can help you to bounce back after pregnancy or weight loss by aiding skin regeneration. By improving the elasticity of your skin, massage increases blood circulation allowing nutrients to replenish tired and stretched skin. Stretch marks can heal easier when dead skin cells are removed, opening up the pores and allowing your skin to breathe. As the cells regenerate you can notice the skin tone improve and your stretch marks reduce. If you want to try massage therapy to look and feel better with healthier skin, consider giving it a go. Massage also benefits the muscles, joints and whole body to give you a spring in your step to go with your youthful, healthy and vibrant skin! Francesco is a very skilled and cool teacher. He takes your from your current level and plans out a personalised program for you to improve. His way of using analogies to explain complex terms and make you understand difficult theoretical concepts in a much simpler way is truly impressive. After two months of lessons with Francesco i definitely feel my level of playing has improved a lot. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to take their playing to the next level.
