Trusted teacher: A flamenco guitar course in private classes is an incredibly enriching experience. During these classes, I will completely focus on you and your goals as a flamenco guitarist. We will begin by exploring the world of flamenco together: its history, its diverse styles and its unique emotions. As we progress, you will learn the essential techniques of the flamenco guitar, such as the strumming, the "picao" and the golpe, among others. My goal will be to help you master these techniques and express yourself fluently and passionately through your guitar. In addition, we will delve into the fascinating flamenco compás, so that you can understand and play the characteristic rhythms of this genre. I will also teach you the chords and harmonic progressions that are commonly used in flamenco, as well as the scales and musical modes that give it its unique flavor. The best thing about private classes is that I can adapt the course to your needs and preferences. If you have a particular style of flamenco that you'd like to explore further, we'll do it! We will also address your pain points and work together to overcome them. During the classes, I will be by your side to correct you, answer your questions and give you constant feedback. In addition, I will teach you iconic pieces of the flamenco repertoire so that you can develop your own interpretation and personal style. With time and dedicated practice, I'm sure you'll be able to play flamenco with passion and mastery. I am excited to embark on this musical journey with you and help you achieve your goals as a flamenco guitarist. Together, let's make magical music!

Trusted teacher: In bioprocessing you cannot have the cake and eat it too. Constantly, you need to make choices about which unit operation is best suited for a particular application and what are the trade offs. Because of so many factors that guide this decision, it can be daunting for starting biotech/bioprocess students to be overwhelmed. I was definitely overwhelmed in my 1st year of uni. But after 5 years studying the subject, I am here to help you to think like an engineer and make informed choices based on the context of the process and product. In my class, I will teach you the theoretical background behind bioreactors and common unit operations (e.g. filtration, centrifugation, chromatography) and how to implement them into a bioprocess. This class is best suited for university students (bachelor or master), people joining/switching industry or just people interested in how pharmaceuticals are made! If you are a university student, we can can discuss your own assignments or projects. My tutoring style is discussion-based. We will have a conversation about the subjects rather than a lecture, which will give you the tools and confidence to better synthesize the course content and present your ideas in a specific manner. I create my own materials for each class, including definitions, calculations, diagrams and past-exam questions. I use a touchscreen tablet to interactively annotate our class worksheets, draw P&IDs, structures and mechanisms, write down chemical reactions and step-by-step calculations. For any questions, please feel free to contact me!

Irene - BarcelonaC$70
Trusted teacher: Already done some Spanish but want to improve? Got some grammar issues? Want to work on your communication? Preparing for an exam? You always wanted to learn Spanish and have decided that the time might be just now? I can help you! My name is Irene. I come from Guadalajara, a town close to Madrid, but live in beautiful Barcelona. I understood very early that I like not only learning but also teaching languages and studied my Masters of Linguistics Applied to Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have lived in France, India, Germany and Russia teaching Spanish. During these 15 years of teaching, I learnt a lot about different methods, people and logics. I use a variety of resources (textbooks, articles, small videos, audios...) providing examples, exercises and homework so that what is to be learnt is doable and designed for your learning preferences. I adapt my classes to what students want and need so they make the most of their time and money. I think it is very important for students to feel comfortable and safe. It is also essential that what we do and talk about in class makes sense and is relevant for you. It is your goal and personal style of learning what will define our classes. I also speak English, French, German and Russian. I can explain in the student′ s mother tongue if necessary although my goal will be to speak Spanish from the very beginning with affordable exercises adapted to your level. I love teaching and learning new languages because they bring us closer.

Trusted teacher: Before starting any training, I like to get to know the student: what they need, where they are at, and what they want to achieve. From there, I adapt the content, methodology, and also the pace of the sessions to fit their professional situation. I easily adapt to the student's profile, whether they are a student or a working professional. I offer complete flexibility in scheduling and course length: we can work intensively over a short period or progress gradually depending on your availability. You set the pace. I can help you improve in key areas of business management, such as: Accounting and financial analysis Treasury, planning and control Contracts, payrolls and HR processes Team management and leadership Project and time management Operation in multinational environments and with parent companies All my training comes from real-life experience: I served as CFO and HR director in the services and industrial sectors, managing teams, projects, and budgets in environments connected to international groups. I understand both the technical and human aspects of the company. I have a degree in Economics (ADE), certified teaching training, and experience teaching both large groups and individual sessions. Additionally, I can complement the content with professional English, useful for international contexts or corporate presentations, although I do not teach language classes as such. My goal is for you to leave each session with clear ideas, practical tools, and the confidence to apply them in your work.

Trusted teacher: My name is Gabriel, I am 18 years old and I have been studying piano since I was 4 years old in recognized institutions such as Casa Sors (academy) and Tremolo (pseudo-conservatory) here in Barcelona. I have always played the piano for recreational purposes, but that has not prevented me from reaching a good level. In addition, I have perfected my skills under the guidance of excellent private teachers. My vocation for teaching is purely for fun, I like to teach how to play the instrument that makes me so happy. In any language you want! Availability to teach in different languages: Catalan (native), Spanish (native), English (C2) and French (B2 and Bachibac). Information about classes • I am addressing students with a beginner level or who want to resume the study of this instrument • My approach is very practical and direct, ideal for those seeking effective results as well as useful and enriching learning. • I offer the possibility of giving classes at my home in Barcelona or travelling to any home in Barcelona and surrounding areas (Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues, Cornellà, among others). Experience and skills • I have experience teaching piano to family and friends. • In addition, I am a basketball coach for learning categories, which has allowed me to develop skills to work well with boys and girls of young ages as well as adolescents. • I have also given several concerts in residences and I am also good at working with older people. Don't miss this opportunity to learn to play the piano in a fun and effective way! Contact me for more information and to schedule your lessons.

Trusted teacher: A young clarinetist and teacher, he graduated in Higher Education with a specialization in clarinet performance from the Conservatori Superior del Liceu, with Isaac Rodríguez as his teacher, and completed the first year of the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education. He has also attended regular classes with Miguel Espejo and master classes with Giovanni Punzi, Nicolas Baldeyrou, Phillip Berrod, Hedwig Swimberghe, Josep Fuster, Luís Gomes, and José Luis Estellés. He has been part of the Ataúlfo Argenta Youth Symphony Orchestra for 7 years, as well as participating in concerts in some of the great theaters on the national scene, such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu, L'Auditori de Barcelona or the Euskalduna Palace, alongside artists of renowned prestige, such as Pacho Flores, Joyce DiDonato or Jordi Savall, and performed symphonic works under the baton of Hugo Carrio, Borja Quintas, Manel Valdivieso, Jhoanna Sierralta, José R. Pascual-Vilaplana or Lara Diloy. Additionally, currently (2025), he is working as the sole author on the composition of the soundtrack for a feature film, as well as creating music through more personal projects. In the pedagogical field, I have been teaching clarinet and musical language classes for 8 years. My specialty is the clarinet, but I offer lessons in harmony, composition, musical analysis, musical language (solfeggio), piano and guitar. In these years I have learned with students of all ages, from the youngest years to older adults, both in private classes and in music schools, and the result for everyone (including me) has been enjoyment and learning. The most important thing, I think, to be able to learn without dying in the attempt, is that there is a great understanding, and that is why I love that they ask me questions and everything is always clear, since music is not an easy discipline, but it deserves the grief. And it is especially worth it when you understand what is happening to you while you learn and fall and learn again (both in music and in your emotions when practicing an artistic discipline live).
