I am an art therapist and theater therapist certified by ISEP Madrid and I have been giving individual art therapy sessions for more than 4 years. It is a wonderful technique to delve into ourselves and, thanks to the creativity that every person has, it allows us to give shape to those feelings, emotions and experiences that, for different reasons, we find difficult to manage. Art therapies allow us to improve our quality of life, reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem and enhance our creativity. We will do different activities that will range from painting to sculpture, writing and improvisation, as well as other forms of expression.
