Lesson is always entertaining, with a bit of theory to better understand basic techniques and a lot of practise where he revises our movements, corrects and explaines all the mistakes we make. He arranges specific exercises to let us focus and improve particular actions, but they always quite intense and aerobic. Defenitively recommended, we will keep having additional lessons for sure!
