Suitable for all levels, each session supports a sense of centeredness, vitality, and resilience, offering a holistic practice to root yourself firmly and rise with clarity. I’m Marcelina, a dancer, and certified yoga teacher. With a background in contemporary dance and training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra, I create classes that blend mindful movement, breath, and expressive freedom. My teaching focuses on presence, alignment, and the flow of energy, supporting students to release tension, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies and minds. I believe yoga and dance are tools for curiosity, self-expression, and holistic well-being, and I strive to make each class a space for exploration, joy, and inner balance.
