Matéo - ParisC$60
Trusted teacher: Hello, welcome to my ad! My name is Matéo and I am 26 years old. I have been playing guitar for 9 years and teaching it for 5 years. After studying at the conservatory and music school, I obtained my Diploma of Musical Studies (DEM) specializing in jazz guitar. Over the years, I have been able to accompany around forty students, both in private lessons, group lessons and at the conservatory where I teach today. OPTION1) The course I offer is aimed at beginner to intermediate level guitarists, of all ages (children too!), in acoustic and electric guitar. My goal is to give you the essential basics of the instrument (body position, technique, chords) as well as an understanding of fundamental musical concepts (rhythm, ear, reading tablature and/or music theory) which will be very useful to you as a musician. We will base our learning as quickly as possible on real pieces of music, if possible suggested by the student because I think that learning by playing the music you like is the most motivating method. As a teacher, I have always adapted as best I could to each profile to make them learn in the way that suited them best, make them play the music they like, help them with their difficulties and push them to surpass themselves in their abilities. Finally, I always make sure that the lessons take place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere so that the student progresses at their own pace and learns while having fun. OPTION 2) This course is for intermediate to advanced guitarists (and musicians in general) who want to acquire a deeper understanding of music theory. What we can cover, depending on your needs: analysis, harmony, composition, transcription, improvisation, music theory, ... Lessons can take place at my home, in the 15th arrondissement, or at the student's home where I can travel (for an extra) within a reasonable radius. Declared via CESU (Universal Employment Service Check) or self-employed invoice.

Trusted teacher: Do you dream of creating your own website but don't know where to start? 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ This course is for you! Together, we'll dive into the exciting world of web development by learning the basics of the three essential languages: HTML 🧱 to structure your pages, CSS 🎨 to make them beautiful and well-presented, and JavaScript ⚙️ to add interaction and dynamism to your projects (like drop-down menus, click effects, or responsive forms). No need to have any previous experience coding! 💡 This course is designed for beginners, the curious, or even those considering a career change. The goal is simple: by the end, you'll know how to create a complete, clean, modern, and mobile-friendly website 📱💻. We progress step by step, with clear explanations, small, concrete projects, and a relaxed but serious atmosphere. 🎯 The course is remote via webcam (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) 📍💻. All you need is a laptop and a code editor like Visual Studio Code (free). I provide all the files needed to follow the exercises and build your site step by step 🧑‍💻📂. This course is taught in French 🇫🇷 and is aimed at everyone, from teenagers to seniors, motivated to learn something new and useful. Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes, whichever suits you best ⏱️. Trusted teacher: Lesson: Electrochemistry Duration: 60 minutes Grade Level: Advanced Science / Chemistry (IGCSE, A Level, IB) Main Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students should be able to: 1. Define electrochemistry and explain its importance. 2. Describe the difference between electrolytic and galvanic (voltaic) cells. 3. Write half-reactions and overall cell reactions. 4. Calculate standard electrode potentials and predict the direction of electron flow. 5. Understand practical applications of electrochemistry in everyday life. Lesson Outline / Brief Notes: 1. Introduction to Electrochemistry (10 minutes) Definition: Electrochemistry is the branch of chemistry that deals with the relationship between chemical reactions and electricity. Key Concept: Redox reactions involve the transfer of electrons. Real-life example: Batteries, electroplating, corrosion prevention. 2. Galvanic (Voltaic) Cells (15 minutes) Composed of two half-cells connected by a salt bridge. Oxidation occurs at the anode, reduction at the cathode. Example: Daniell cell Zn(s) | Zn2+(aq) || Cu2+(aq) | Cu(s) Oxidation: Zn → Zn2+ + 2e− Reduction: Cu2+ + 2e− → Cu 3. Electrolytic Cells (10 minutes) Require an external power source to drive non-spontaneous reactions. Example: Electrolysis of molten NaCl At cathode: Na+ + e− → Na At anode: 2Cl− → Cl2 + 2e- 4. Standard Electrode Potentials (10 minutes) Electrode potential measures the tendency of a species to be reduced. Example: Zn2+/Zn: -0.76 V Cu2+/Cu: +0.34 V Predict electron flow: Electrons flow from Zn to Cu in a Daniell cell. 5. Applications of Electrochemistry (5 minutes) Batteries (Li-ion, lead-acid) Electroplating (silver plating, chromium plating) Corrosion protection (galvanization) Exercise (10 minutes) 1. Short Answer Questions: a. Define electrochemistry. b. Identify the anode and cathode in a zinc-copper galvanic cell. c. Explain the difference between galvanic and electrolytic cells. 2. Calculation: Given: Zn2+/Zn: -0.76 V Cu2+/Cu: +0.34 V Calculate the standard cell potential of a Daniell cell. 3. Application Question: Describe one practical application of electrochemistry in everyday life and explain how it works.
