This will help create routine, stability, and familiarity. Within those times we can create a weekly schedule of their daily activities. I can also take care of planning healthy meals and cooking them. Perhaps we can 'meal prep' if that seems like a viable option. Likewise, I am willing to take responsibility for the children's school work and follow up on everything that is part of their schooling.
