Private Piano Lessons – Open to Everyone in Maastricht and around! I offer private piano lessons to students of all ages and levels. I am a Lithuanian pianist and a recent graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Alongside my international concert and competition experience, I have over three years of teaching experience, working with students from age 6 to adulthood and from a variety of cultural backgrounds. For me, teaching is about much more than learning the notes. Every student has a different way of thinking, learning, and expressing themselves, so I always adapt my lessons to the individual. I value curiosity, mutual respect, open communication, and creating an environment where students feel supported and encouraged to develop at their own pace. Since 2026, I have also been studying Psychology at Maastricht University. This has deepened my interest in how we learn and has naturally become part of my teaching. I believe that psychological awareness, self-reflection, and creativity are just as important as technical skills. My goal is to continue exploring the intersection of psychology, music, and education, bringing together scientific and artistic perspectives on learning. I welcome complete beginners, those returning to the piano after a break, and advanced pianists looking to deepen their musicianship. The repertoire, methodology, and pace of the lessons are always tailored to your goals, interests, and level of commitment. Alongside piano playing, I also teach music theory and harmony, helping students build a broader understanding of music and develop lasting musical independence. Lessons are available in English and French.

Hi! I'm Demetrio, a musician and composer from Italy. From when I was 8 years old, I've been fully immersed in music, starting out with flute, to then switch to drums and to my first conservatory course in classical percussion. Already in the final periods of this study, I began to fall in love with jazz music and with the instrument of the vibraphone, and in September 2022 I moved to the Netherlands to follow my second bachelor course in the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, this time in jazz vibraphone. At the moment I'm in my second Master's year of The Hague's conservatory, on my way to graduation at the end of this academic year. In this class, you'll be able to learn and face many aspects of music, from composing and starting out with the idea of song writing, to diving into music theory, both classical and jazz, and improvisation, as a general topic and in the context of jazz music. All of the topics that I present are offered to give students of any level either a solid base for music theory and improvisation, or to consolidate even more and strenghten your skills on more advanced aspects of music. I'm very passionate about listening, sharing, directing and finding solutions to problems that anyone in a music learning journey can face, starting from myself. I'm also very patient and I provide clear and practical explanations, which I believe is very needed in such a confusing and aerial topic as music can be. See you in class! :)

Passionate oboist and dedicated teacher with experience in guiding students of all ages. Inspired by the wonderful mentors who shaped my own musical journey, I aim to share both my knowledge and my love for the oboe. My lessons are tailored to each student, combining solid technical foundations with enjoyable repertoire—making the learning process both rewarding and fun, just as I have always experienced it. With younger learners, I connect oboe playing to movement, rhythm, and singing, creating playful and engaging learning spaces while naturally reinforcing music theory concepts. I believe in nurturing creativity, confidence, and empathy so that every student feels valued and inspired. Flexibility in lesson design and scheduling is always part of my approach. Whether you would like to learn and discover a new instrument (and I can help you find one), have fun while playing the oboe, improve your skills, explore new repertoire, prepare for auditions/entrance exams, or receive support for your orchestra or band repertoire—my lessons are for you. -------> Possibility of reedmaking sessions, performance evenings and music theory lessons. -------> Contact me for more information :)

Hello, thank you for stopping by to view my profile. I am a professional musician, a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (CRB), with 16 years of experience. My goal is to delve into all the technical aspects of the instrument so that the student understands and masters all the expressive possibilities of the cello, whatever the style: classical, modern, folk, jazz, or improvised. Ultimately, it's about working with the student (whether a child or an adult, a beginner or an advanced player) on all the diverse aspects of music: rhythm, tempo, style, sound, technique, reading, expressiveness, harmony, improvisation, etc., but always through the instrument, so that the student can face any challenge they set for themselves, be it a classical score, a modern piece, a group, a composition, or whatever. I am willing to study with the student in a fun way and improve their technique. I have participated as a cellist in more than 100 concerts throughout Europe. I teach all levels of students, and thanks to technological advances, I offer classes via video call, using Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, or any other software. Thank you, and see you soon.

Listening to music is one thing, but understanding, experiencing, and being able to create music yourself is a whole new world. A new door that opens. As a child, you can start learning to play simple instruments (such as a recorder) from the age of 6. Lessons are provided in a playful manner and made fun for the child. The child learns to read notes and play simple melodies at his/her own pace. Since I have studied music at a high level, I am also open to guiding children/people with some knowledge to become even better. (oboe from 12 years - own instrument)
