I am a professional drummer, composer, and performer based in Brussels, with an active career in jazz, improvised, and creative music across Europe. Whether your background is rock, pop, world, indie, or anything else, we focus on what serves your music, and on what learning this instrument can become. My goal is not to tell you strictly how things should be done, but to help you find your own way of doing them. To strengthen the musician that already exists inside you, and give you the tools to grow with confidence and independence. I offer private drum lessons focused on long term development rather than isolated sessions. My work with students is based on regular weekly lessons, helping each drummer build solid technique, musical awareness, sound, and a personal voice in the instrument. These lessons are for: - Beginners who want a strong and musical foundation - Intermediate players who want to improve groove, coordination, and confidence - Creative musicians interested in improvisation, sound, and advanced rhythmic development. My approach is practical and human. We work on what you really need, from basic technique and time feel to more advanced topics like independence, phrasing, and creative practice methods. I mainly work with students who are interested in continuity and real progress through regular lessons.

As an experienced musician with over 20 years of performing and teaching experience, I understand how important it is to approach each student individually. For me, the person is just as important as the instrument. The first lesson, giving you the opportunity to get to know me, my teaching method, and the structure of the lessons. What I offer: Patience and empathy — I take the time to support your personal musical development Clearly structured lessons — a balanced mix of technique, musicality, and joy in making music Individual learning plans — tailored to your level, pace, and personal goals Teaching experience with children, teenagers, and adults Modern and classical teaching methods — adapted to your musical interests Flexibility — lessons available online or in person, depending on your preference In addition to violin lessons, I also offer piano and keyboard lessons, as well as music theory. A special focus of my teaching is pop music, film music, and modern styles. I can transcribe melodies by ear, write them down, and work with you on your favorite songs, pop soundtracks, or film music — fully tailored to your wishes. My goal is not only to develop your technical skills, but also to inspire a lasting love for music.

My courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced learners. My teaching experience has taught me that each student has their own learning style and unique challenges. Therefore, I always adapt my method to your needs and desires, in order to best help you achieve your goals!
