Trusted teacher: It is never too late to start or resume learning piano! My teaching experience makes me a witness to this. Perhaps you came looking for piano lessons because you wish to be able to play some particular pieces, or to develop specific skills. Or maybe you don't know what your goal is yet, but are fond of the sound of the piano and want to dive into this wonderful instrument. Whatever the case, I am looking forward to hearing from you and discussing your next step! I try as much as possible to tailor the work with each individual student aiming at the goals set and the student's musical tastes. This becomes more the case the higher the student's level of experience. Nevertheless, beginners are also encouraged to suggest music for themselves to learn. The work on pieces is combined with other important activities designed to develop finger dexterity, hand coordination, rhythmic sense, music reading, playing by ear, etc. The Cortot, Hanon and scale exercises are some of my frequent choices for the technical work. For young beginners, I defend a no-book approach during the first 2 or 3 months, for three main reasons: it makes learning more fun, it unlocks our creative potential and it allows us to explore the instrument rather confidently and freely. Instead of learning how to read right from the start, students have the opportunity to play games, listen to music, sing, compose, and improvise over backing tracks, developing the core skills necessary for any musical activity later on. After this period, it is then time to introduce them to a method book. The one I recommend the most is Piano Safari. For teenage and adult beginners, the activities described above are selected and adjusted, and theory concepts may be introduced at an earlier stage. If desired, graded level series such as the RSL Classical or Contemporary Piano, among others, may be opted for. Please notice that my scheduling may not always be up to date on this website, so the best way to know my availability is sending me a message. Feel free to get in touch for any other questions as well! Looking forward to meeting you soon, Rodrigo

Trusted teacher: Hello, my name is Sabine! I'm a soprano, actor, and singing teacher educated in multiple styles. I hold a degree in Vocal Performance (Classical + Pop/rock) & Musicology, and finished my studies at Fontys AMPA (Opera). I have also trained as an actor (film & theatre) at the Mulholland Academy in Amsterdam. My lessons are entirely tailored to your personal wishes. We can choose classical, operatic, popular, or musical repertoire - or other styles that interest you. The focus is always on healthy, sustainable technique. You can also choose to work on different elements: we can focus only on singing technique, but also on performance or dramatic skills, song interpretation, audition preparation, your speaking voice, stage fright..all questions are welcome! Reasons to try out a lesson -You've always been curious about singing, but don't know where to start -You already sing for fun, but you want to take your voice to the next level -You want to prepare an audition (for conservatory, a role in a production, singing competition, choir, open mic..) -You suffer from stage fright or lack of confidence -You want to work on your theatrical skills -You're an actor who wants to improve their vocal technique -You want to strengthen your speaking voice -You're in a choir and want to improve your voice -You want to be able to sing convincingly in the English language (as a native speaker, I also offer English language and diction coaching for singing) -any other reason! Trusted teacher: EN below IT The most important thing for me is listening to music. If you are studying music as a hobby or in preparation for your professional career, we will help you achieve the greatest efficiency and get the most out of it by making our job easier. It is clear that learning music requires discipline and work, but can be interesting and expandable. The flexibility lies in the main features of my classes: My goal for my graduates is that they need a digital method that they have to adapt to their personal attitude and style. The offer of classes for individuals and private groups of all students and the duration of the course are also flexible and depend on the training of the student (most of the little ones that Suelen was able to aprovechar in the last media lessons). Classes can be in Spanish, English, Dutch or Greek. Language and music theory are presented in all classes, but in an organic form and with a lot of immersion in practice. ¡No people interested in contacting the site! :) :) EN The most important thing for me is having fun learning music. Whether you're studying music as a hobby or preparing for your professional career, we focus on being as efficient as possible, learning as much as possible, and having a good time while doing it. Of course, learning music requires discipline and hard work, but it can be done in an interesting and satisfying way. Flexibility is my main characteristic: my goal is to give you what you need through a dynamic method that adapts to your personality and your specific learning style. I offer both individual lessons and group lessons for people of all ages. The duration of the lessons is flexible and there is also the possibility of combining the lesson content between cello, piano and music theory. We can speak in English, Dutch, Greek or Spanish. Music theory will be present in a natural and organic way in all lessons. Contact me if you are interested! :)

Emidio is a fantastic saxophone teacher. He provides you with the feedback you need to learn many things at the same time: He gives you tips for a good embouchure and shows you how to blow a proper tone. He teaches you how to play in tune and introduces you to tone articulation on the saxophone, when you are ready for it. He guides your own practice efficiently, so you can be certain to not loose time. In addition, you learn to read notes and a lot about music in general. Emidio is a kind, patient, supportive and encouraging saxophone teacher, who is ready to reply to whatever question you throw at him. Emidio communicates well and is clear. His classes are fun, inspiring and intense. I will continue my musical journey with Emidio.I highly recommend Emidio as a saxophone teacher. With Emidio, you can be certain that you learn to play the saxophone in the best possible way.

Panagiotis

rating green star
From day 1 Panagiotis has tailored my lessons to my personal music tastes which makes learning the instrument all the more enjoyable. His lessons allow me to learn songs to build up my repertoire as well as providing some more challenging songs to push my technique and skills. Although I did not specifically start lessons with the intention of learning any music theory Panagiotis has a way of making theory accessible to everyone and I now begin to actually enjoy learning it, which helps support what I do on the instrument. Panagiotis is clam, patient and has an approachable manner and is very supportive throughout the lessons and provides lots of positive encouragement.

Zoey
rating star
rating green star
Zoey is both knowledgeable and skilled in observing what I was doing - and then had right words and actions to show me what I could change - and PRACTICE changing - to improve my sound and overall skills. She focused on fundamental positions of my right hand and the bow position for the first lesson. When we moved into playing a piece that I was working on, she had suggestions that incorporated those fundamentals with the specifics of the piece. I look forward to practicing this week.
