Trusted teacher: I run my lessons in 4 steps. Step 1 (content knowledge): I get to know how much the student already knows about the topic. Depending on their level of understanding I will go over crucial subject content and make sure to cover any knowledge gaps. Step 2: I go over practice questions with the student and give them tips on how to tackle the questions and how to answer effectively in order to obtain full marks. Step 3: I give students past paper questions to independently try them. I then mark them and go over any questions they got wrong. I then give them more questions that are similar to the questions they got wrong. Step 4: I quiz the students to make sure there’s no knowledge gap in the specific topic before moving on to a next topic. My aim is to teach students just like the way I like to be taught. Making sure the environment is friendly so that the students can freely ask questions without being intimidated. I am very passionate about making sure that my teaching helps as many students as possible so that they can achieve the top grades. I have previously taught 11+ students in a private tuition. Although I don’t have a broad work experience in teaching but being the eldest daughter I have always taught my younger siblings who both go to a grammar school. I have always helped my friends and classmates in school as well. I have always been a top achiever. I am also a medical applicant with a medical school offer. I can assure you that I will teach my students with complete hard work and dedication.

Trusted teacher: Currently studying for a Master's degree in theoretical physics at the Zurich Polytechnic School (ETH), I completed my Bachelor's degree at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). This academic path offered me the opportunity to develop an effective teaching method through various educational experiences. I have worked as an assistant for several EPFL professors, notably in advanced analysis, thermodynamics, and Lebesgue analysis. I have also supervised many EPFL students in private lessons and managed the analysis course during the preparatory week for bachelors. These experiences have strengthened my skills, allowing me to deliver fluid and intuitive lessons on complex subjects. My sessions are flexible and adapted to your specific needs: the session can consist of going over the course, explaining an exercise or analyzing a correction. I am able to help high school students or university students in a wide variety of subjects in mathematics and physics. I am a good listener and I adapt quickly to the student's level. My goal is always to offer the most intuitive explanations to solve complex problems. I am used to giving online lessons with iPad. The subject of the courses may include high school mathematics, analysis, algebra, classical mechanics, thermodynamics, statistical physics, electromagnetism, quantum physics, etc. Whether it is for academic support, to deepen your knowledge or to prepare for an exam, I am committed to providing you with quality work to achieve your goals. Whether it is for academic support, to deepen your knowledge or to prepare for an exam, I am committed to providing you with quality work to achieve your goals.

Trusted teacher: I've been crazy about math since I was a kid. There's something ver interesting about how numbers and problems fit together, don't you think? In school and later at uni, my friends would often ask me for help with math stuff. I found out I really enjoy explaining things and helping people understand. So, I started tutoring in 2019, both online and in person. And you know what? It's been pretty awesome! Areas of Expertise: I can help with all sorts of math stuff, from the basics to the tricky bits. Here are some things I'm really good at: Starting Off Strong: Let's nail down the basics, like adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. We'll also dive into shapes and angles to get a good grip on geometry. Getting Into Calculus: Ever wondered how fast things are changing or how to find areas under curves? That's where calculus comes in! I'll break it down so it's not as scary. Playing with Numbers: Linear algebra sounds fancy, but it's really just about playing with numbers in a certain way. We'll learn about matrices, vectors, and some other cool tricks. Figuring Out the Odds: Probability and statistics are all about dealing with data and making sense of it. I'll help you understand things like chances, averages, and patterns. Going Deeper: We can also dive into some advanced stuff if you're up for it! Think abstract algebra, real analysis, and discrete math. Don't worry, we'll take it step by step. Why Choose Me? I'm super passionate about math, and I love helping others see the fun side of it too. Together, we'll tackle those tough problems and make math a whole lot less intimidating!
