I did my university studies in London (bachelor+master). I have already taught these languages to high school students as well as adults. My approach is very dynamic, I structure the lessons with theory, grammar, exercises as well as verbal practice. I teach my classes via Zoom or at my office. I am Italian but I also speak French and English fluently. I started learning French at the age of 4 in nursery school and English at school from age 6. I have completed my university's studies in London (bachelor + master). I already taught these languages to students from high school as well as to adults. My approach to the lessons is very dynamic: I explain the theory and the grammar, we then solve exercises and finally we spend some time practicing conversation. Trusted teacher: Ciao a tutti! I would love to help you practice and learn my mother tongue, Italian, and guide through conversations in different topics, whether you want to move to Italy or just speak a bit during your Roman holidays. Actually, I love teaching languages because I love learning them myself. For me, learning a language requires patience, willingness and joy. I also believe that learning something new in Italian every day is better than learning too much in a single day. I also think that you must use every new word you learn, by interacting and speaking as much as you can. For this reason, each of my lessons always includes all 5 skills according to the CEFR: - Spoken Production: e.g. I encourage learners to introduce themselves and speak about their main interests without being interrupted. - Listening: e.g. I integrate songs, interviews, lectures according to the learner's goals. - Reading: e.g. articles, film reviews, parts of books and news. - Writing: e.g. formal and informal letters and e-mails, personal accounts, journals. -Spoken Interaction: I always spend time in conversation with the student, at the beginning and the end of the lesson, in order to improve her/his fluency and confidence. I also encourage (but not force!^^) students to do exercises on their own too, so that they are more prepared for the following lesson. I am patient and comprehensive, and I organize my lessons according to the learners' interests and personal goals. From A2- B1 level onwards, I try to speak only in Italian.

Hallo allemaal, ik ben Valerie en kreeg Portugese les van Melissa. Ik raad Melissa zeker aan. Melissa heeft alles in huis om de les zeer leerzaam, leuk , duidelijk en voorbereid te laten verlopen. Na een paar lessen kan ik al een aardig woordje Portugees! Melissa zorgt voor een positieve energieke les sfeer! Naast de thuis lessen zijn er ook online lessen. Emidio is a fantastic saxophone teacher. He provides you with the feedback you need to learn many things at the same time: He gives you tips for a good embouchure and shows you how to blow a proper tone. He teaches you how to play in tune and introduces you to tone articulation on the saxophone, when you are ready for it. He guides your own practice efficiently, so you can be certain to not loose time. In addition, you learn to read notes and a lot about music in general. Emidio is a kind, patient, supportive and encouraging saxophone teacher, who is ready to reply to whatever question you throw at him. Emidio communicates well and is clear. His classes are fun, inspiring and intense. I will continue my musical journey with Emidio.I highly recommend Emidio as a saxophone teacher. Rosy was an excellent teacher for my 15-year-old daughter. She is a most pleasant, kind, and generous person. Also, she was always well-prepared and on time. The private lessons with her drastically improved my daughter's knowledge of French and brought back the joy of speaking French that she had lost in school. Highly recommended teacher.
