How do I obtain the teacher's contact information?
In order to guarantee a high level of confidentiality and to protect our users' personal data, we communicate the contact details of the teachers only if they accept a booking request for a course. This also applies to students' contact information. Their contact details are communicated to the teachers only if the course is confirmed.
To obtain your teacher's contact information, proceed as follows:
Click on "Request a booking" on the teacher's profile.
Enter your data, propose the class hours/days that suit you, and follow all the steps until the payment is validated.
As soon as the teacher accepts your booking request, you will have access to his contact information and he will have access to yours.
