Trusted teacher: I offer weekly lessons or internship revisions, remediation by skills, upgrading for high school students, in several subjects: mathematics, French, English, German, SVT (from the 1st, see my other announcement), scientific education and philosophy (mainly subject analysis). Associate professor currently available from the National Education for family reasons (I am therefore no longer in a post in an establishment since 01/09/2021 and am no longer an employee of the EN), I have a double course literary and scientific and gives private tutoring in many subjects in video under autoentrepreneur status. With 10 years of teaching experience in secondary school, with several bac juries to my credit, and many years of experience of private lessons (including 3 years in main activity during a previous availability), I offers you my help in these different disciplines, which I am used to teaching in private lessons and which I have sometimes been asked to teach in the context of short-term replacements in college (replacements for colleagues from English and French late in having replacements appointed to their posts). My classes combine rigor and benevolence, professionalism, dynamism and humor, according to my former students, when they mention the help that I was able to provide them. I am used to working with multi-dys, AD / HD, high potential and Asperger's students as well. I insist a lot on scientific methodology and the quality of writing, in science as in literary subjects. I can help you optimize your learning and memorization techniques, help you get to the point, make mental maps. We will also work on the general organization of your work if necessary. I also and above all want to pass on to you my pleasure of learning, which continues to inspire me even today. Having given private lessons for a long time in person at home, I now want to focus on Visio lessons on Zoom, Skype, or any other videoconferencing software. I have been practicing video-format lessons since March 2020 and since then have been more equipped to ensure greater comfort for my students: headphones with microphone (quality sound), graphics tablet connected to an interactive whiteboard, camera-viewer of documents, front lighting reducing unpleasant shadows, Véléda paintings behind me. Small group lessons are also possible. If your child has a classmate who is having difficulty in the same subject, or his or her older sibling needs the same kind of help, it is possible. In this case, the price is decreasing for each participant. Please respect the reserved hours. The courses are adjustable in advance. Any course canceled less than 24 hours in advance is due at 50%. Indeed, the time that I could waste managing multiple cancellations and rescheduling of courses is time that I cannot put to the service of the success of my students. In addition, the presence of a framework, of operating rules is necessary for the investment of the students who engage in a process of accompaniment. So, I also ask you to be punctual and to start your computer and your videoconferencing software a few minutes in advance in order to start the session on time, not to waste precious minutes of class (the session will end at the time initially scheduled ... 10 minutes late means 10 minutes of lost lessons) and to respect the students who have lessons after you. I look forward to meeting you and bringing you my help and expertise.

Trusted teacher: A brief history of the Spanish language : Spanish, like French, Italian, Romanian, and Portuguese, is a Romance language and as such evolved from Vulgar Latin. It originated in the Iberian Peninsula, which today is home to Spain and Portugal. The Castilian continuation of Vulgar Latin (from the Spanish region of Castile), mixed with Arabic after the Muslim conquest, ended up forming the standardized Spanish language of the 11th century. In which countries is Spanish spoken? Spanish is the official language of the following 21 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela; besides Puerto Rico. Although it is not an official language, Spanish is also spoken in the United States, Belize, Andorra, and Gibraltar. How many people speak Spanish? Around 483 million people whose mother tongue is Spanish, making it the second most widely spoken language in the world after Chinese. English follows Spanish with some 360 million native speakers. Spanish is also the third most studied language in the world, after English and French. In addition to those 400 million Spanish speakers, another 9 million speak Spanish as a second language. How many people speak Spanish in the United States? In the United States, more than 41 million people speak Spanish as their mother tongue (approximately 13% of the population) and that number is only growing. In addition, the United States has nearly 12 million bilingual Spanish speakers. That makes it the second country with the most Spanish speakers in the world after Mexico, and there are studies that assure that it will become the country with the most Spanish speakers in 2060. Americans who don't speak Spanish yet are trying to learn it. In fact, Spanish is the most widely learned language in the US, with 50% of college students choosing to learn Spanish, compared to 12% who prefer French. Spanish is also the third most studied language in the world, after English and French! Depending on your level of Spanish we will begin to address grammatical issues and the development of the class will depend on your doubts in this regard. Obviously, my main objective is to get to speak Spanish throughout the class.

Trusted teacher: Hello ! My name is Gabriel, I am from Bordeaux. French is my native language and I would love to share about my culture with you. My teaching approach is interactive, engaging, and easygoing. I favor a practice based on real-life scenarios and everyday conversations using the appropriate vocabulary and grammar. I also give a lot of anecdotes about the French culture and lifestyle to make things alive and fun. Whether it is for school, work, travel, or personal interest, the lessons are tailored to the needs and objectives of each person. I usually set clear and challenging tasks but attainable goals. The lessons take place online using Zoom and can be 45 to 90 minutes long depending on your preference. You just have to send me your topic or tell me about your objectives and I will make a plan that meets your expectations. Contact me to book a first trial lesson and start improving your French ! More about me: I studied physical chemistry in Germany, where I obtained my PhD degree and started teaching mathematics, physics, and chemistry for Bachelor and Master students. After working 7 years as a researcher in theoretical chemistry, I decided to focus on my passion for pedagogy. In 2018, I built up my own company to become a freelance teacher. Since, I have supported more than a hundred students in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and French too ! I also love to travel and my job allows me to do it. In 2024, I went for a surf trip all along the Wild Atlantic Way and I fell in love with it. If everything goes well, I will be living in Galway by the end of 2025.
