These clients aspire to be more understandable to the people around them and do not need to adopt a fully native accent. 💂 British English Accent Coaching is a step-by-step course that teaches you to sound like a British native speaker. It teaches all of the sounds that makes British English sound unique. This includes: • shifting many vowels towards a more forward placement in the mouth • adopting British intonation patterns for questions, lists and speeches • and of course the distinct British "t" sound (Brits do love their tea, after all). Public speaking classes with Jay were top-notch! Even though we held the classes online, he has the rare ability to make you feel at ease in a second and I felt fully engaged. With a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language, Yimer is obviously very qualified but he also has a gift of teaching that is very effective in making progress on the learning journey. Part of this has to be in his patience and being a teacher that has a way of explaining things, both in English and Spanish, that make learning easier. I have had quite a few Spanish tutors over the years but Yimer, is clearly the best.
