Trusted teacher: This topic focuses on the use of basic language elements to construct sentences, which can help individuals understand how to use these words effectively. Conversations play a vital role in language development as they involve the exchange of ideas and thoughts, while also allowing individuals to observe each other's emotions through facial and body expressions. When individuals are fully present in a conversation, they can develop the capacity for empathy and learn to listen actively. In the business context, conversation practice can help language learners assimilate their acquired knowledge and integrate a range of cognitive skills to produce effective oral communication. Comprehension practice, on the other hand, does not offer the same level of integration since learners are given the language to work with, rather than actively producing it themselves. To practice, learners can match vocabulary to pictures or use the given words in sentences. In terms of addressing specific business problems, the following questions can be posed: How can we ensure that learners get the most out of the allotted 60-minute class time? Which platform should we use for the class? Would Skype and White Board be effective solutions? Regarding the first question, it is crucial to prioritize learning during the 60-minute class time, as this is the ultimate goal of teaching. As for the platform choice, Skype and White Board are viable options that can facilitate effective communication and collaboration between learners and the instructor.

Trusted teacher: Hello, I offer my help in French from primary to high school (language, grammar, conjugation, spelling, text analysis etc ...). I also have the opportunity to transmit the basics of English (intermediate) and Italian, languages for which I did tutoring at the Lycée. I can also give a boost in Philosophy. If you have difficulties in a subject or discipline that I have not mentioned here, do not hesitate to ask me if I have the skills to help. I will be honest with you if this is not the case! Holder of a Literary Baccalaureate and a Civic Service with children in difficulty, I will be listening to you and will be able to target your or your gap (s). I will accompany you until you are comfortable enough to regain autonomy in your learning (for the older ones). For the little ones, I also put forward the autonomy in the work while accompanying in the apprenticeship. I do not have a particular transmission technique, because I adapt to the person who needs my help. The first things to evaluate: the gaps and difficulties (usually one session is enough to target them). Then everything depends on the person I have in front of me. We move at our own pace and according to his expectations and his motivation (the latter is very important!). I put no pressure and no judgment. We all have potential, known or not. Sometimes just a little help! If I can be one, it would be with pleasure. Above all, I want to be a support and help for those who need it, without judgment or pressure. You decide on the pace and the nature of the help I can provide and I take care of the rest! I will never replace a teacher but exchanges are the best masters!

Trusted teacher: English and Dutch in particular and languages in general are my passion and I am passionate to inspire others to improve their language skills. I am currently teaching English at a secondary school in Eindhoven. I have got the NT2 diploma and I can teach Dutch to expats and foreigners. I come from Vietnam and I would like also to teach Vietnamese to people who want to learn and to know more about Vietnamese language and culture. Some quotes that I like: "Do you know what a foreign accent is? It’s a sign of bravery." – Amy Chua" 'A different language is a different vision of life." – Federico Fellini "Learn everything you can, anytime you can, from anyone you can; there will always come a time when you will be grateful you did." – Sarah Caldwell Qualities that I would like to see in my students: commitment and practice. - Learning a language is like learning a musical instrument. “Commitment is way more important than natural talent" - Learning a language is like running a marathon. “You don’t wake up one day and think: ‘Dude, I’m totally going to run the marathon of Los Angeles today.’ No, running a marathon or any significant distance requires practice and a healthy lifestyle.” My qualifications: - Pre-master of English language and culture, Radboud University, Nijmegen - Master of English Teaching at University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi - Master of Development Studies, University of Melbourne, Australia - NT2 (Dutch as a second languag programme II) diploma My work experience - English lessons to secondary students in the Netherlands for 2 years - English lessons to individuals and classes for about 10 years - English-Vietnamese translation and interpretation for different INGOs for 7 years Engels en Nederlands in het bijzonder en talen in het algemeen zijn mijn passie en ik inspireer graag anderen om hun taalvaardigheden te verbeteren.

I started classes with Madeira in preparation for an interview to a French Medical School. While I had a fairly okay level of French already, Madeira really helped me polish my language skills and achieve the level of refinement and ease in my formal conversational skills which I needed for my interview. She was able to expertly identify what areas I needed to improve upon, and through her exercises and feedback I was able to greatly improve my oral skills. Madeira was also incredibly receptive to any requests that I had regarding things which I wanted to work on, and she went above and beyond in helping me understand technical portions of French grammar with which I have always had issues. Overall, I strongly recommend Madeira as a French teacher to anyone attempting to improve on their French skills.

I am incredibly grateful to have such a kind and thoughtful teacher. She always goes out of her way to help, and one of the things that stands out is how flexible she is in adapting to my needs. For example, she recently asked me how best to write Latin pronunciations so they would be clear to me, which shows how much effort she puts into ensuring everyone understands. Her willingness to listen and adjust her teaching style makes learning so much easier and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication.

Claudia is a great teacher. She was always well prepared and very energetic. She was very flexible and had no problem adapting the lessons to fit my specific needs, even for complicated topics like courses in medical german. You can tell she's got a lot of experience teaching kids as well because she is very pedagogical. She always finds ways to make the lessons entertaining, which is a precious quality when teaching anything. Altogether great experience, I strongly recommend her!
