This class offers insight into the Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian language. The students learn how to write, speak and comprehend the Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian language. It is possible to focus on all three languages or the characteristics of only one of the three languages. Students will learn how to write clear and well-developed multi-paragraph essays using various methods through the process of planning, drafting, revising, editing and peer reviewing. Through individual and (sometimes) group activities, students work on improving pronunciation, practising conversation strategies and delivering oral presentations.

Welcome! Croatian is my native language and I like to help other people to learn my language. We learn in a relaxed and pleasant way with the help of various visual teaching aids. We read, watch and listen together. But, TALK most of all. Communication is our goal whatever the reason is: travel to Croatia, communication with your partner or your studies. We go for it!

I offer Croatian lessons for foreigners, help with essays, proofreading, and academic writing, conversational and beginner-to-B2 French lessons, as well as support with philosophy essays, text analysis, and developing critical thinking skills for high school and university students.

My classes are fun and creative. I use my podcast and lot of audio files from everyday life and literature. I have Bachelor in Serbian Language and Serbian/Bosnian is my mother tongue. I prefer to use social media and new technologies in teaching and learning but if students prefer traditional methods I can adjust it!

Hello everyone, my name is Helga and I am native Croatian speaker with master's degree in French language and literature and Philosophy. I have experience in teaching French, Croatian and English to students of all age groups and language levels, both in groups and individually, live and online. I also held numerous workshops in teaching Croatian and French to beginners. My lessons are mostly based on communication and are always enriched with additional learning materials so that you can better master the language. The lessons will be tailored to your language level, your preferences or needs.
