French, English and communication courses for all levels

This training is intended for students who have an interest in the French-speaking world. It aims to develop the linguistic and cultural knowledge of the participants. The training consists of a varied set of workshops such as reading, writing, listening comprehension and after each workshop there will be an activity such as an open discussion about the given course. The course includes three written workshops, one to two hours per week and the rest of the time will be devoted to the oral course (approximately two hours per week). The written workshop deals with the analysis, production and preparation of various types of oral tests in various subjects all genres including argumentation, dissertation and critical commentary. Languages are spoken, understood, written, and interpreted. Language classes are a form of communication that takes part in the life of the class by fostering open and free discussions. Courses are offered without any expectation of ending with the university entrance exam, with a detailed study plan, including not only written but also oral activities. The Oral course is a language course taught in French. Its goal is to develop linguistic and communication skills in French, including phonetics, grammar, and syntax. Our focus will be on oral comprehension and expression. This course will primarily involve working with students, not only in class but also between students and their families. Real communication is essential, and activities where second-stage rational thinking will be most important will be proposed. Coordinating formal activities (reading, writing) with other informal activities (discussions) will be essential for a successful course.

I suggest you teach you three languages that will allow you to express yourself well all over the world. Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning in a positive state of mind. I offer individual or group Latin lessons (2 to 5 people). The methods are based on cognitive sciences and in particular historical linguistics. What will not be the subject of the course: learn lists of verbs; learn lists of nouns with their gender; learn words with their translations; memory card game; doing school exercises; follow the program in a notebook; impose French grammar on the Latin language. What matters to me in particular: motivate my student and give him a learning rhythm; encourage creativity; make friends with language; letters and their sounds strengthen your memory by working on the phonological loop; teach construction plans instead of having people learn sentences by heart; explain how the language works to make my student independent as quickly as possible; breaking preconceived ideas such as the gammatical gender would have a link with the biological gender, the accusative would be a direct complement and the dative an indirect complement, the verbs would be irregular, the declension would be random and therefore to be learned with each verb... ; place practice at the center and articulate grammar around practice.
