Hi, Let's break down the different options! Boxing : Great workout! Punches, pad combinations, body weight exercises , all of the above at a high pace! Kickboxing: You take boxing, and then you add kicks! The pace could be little less high, in order to properly learn the techniques Viet Vo Dao/ Traditional Martial Arts : Now, we're entering a whole new world, where the technique is really important. The history, philosophy and the energy work, the culture...and so on! Self defence : Learn how to defend yourself as well as your loved ones. The lesson here could be purely technical or technical with a fitness component. I hope this will help you choose! Have a good day!

My name is Marc, 48 years old Combat Instructor, i live downtown Montreal, and i can travel. Great to meet You All Family️🙏❤️ What I teach has been refined by 41 years of experience in combative arts. My journey started when I was 7 years old. I realized that while Every Art had it's Beautiful Purpose, not One of Them integrated the best Aspects and Techniques of Each and combined them together in one simple and easy to learn comprehensive program. I am reminded of a Quote by Bruce Lee: "Have no way as a way, and no limitation as limitation". You won't have to train with me for years to become proficient..I guarantee You that after a single class, You'll already feel empowered. I do not teach you to fight force with force. Instead, i teach you to understand human nature, align your mind, and use the Golden Ratio of movement: "Maximum impact with minimum effort". In other words, instead of teaching you how to fight just by remembering moves, i will teach you how to instantly improvise strategies and tactics based on your opponent's next reaction, to be able to adapt to every circumstance and have blueprints of any given situation. It is said : "fighting is like chess, at a hundred miles an hour with muscles". Initial Assessment Plan -Establishing detailed goals Striking and Grappling Program : Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Grappling & Mechanics. (Get in shape, improve cardio, gain strength, build hand-eye coordination and speed) Self-Protection Program: De-escalation of a potentially violent situation , Situational Awareness, psychology of a Confrontation & reality-based self-defense. Psychology of a Confrontation, De-escalation of any potentially violent situation, picking up on pre-contact queues, Situational Awareness, All ranges of fighting (Kicking, Boxing, Close-quarter combat, Hand-to-hand combat, Grappling/Groundfighting and mechanics), Gun and knife attack defensive techniques, reality-based self-defense.
